WHERE ART THOU? Part2

Like I shared yesterday, this is a position we all have been at one point in time.

Today, I will like to share the dilemma to resigning your salary job to start to business. It is a place many people are right now.

Another is, resigning from the Private Sector job to the Public Sector job mostly because there is the believe of a “job security” in public sector.

In 2013, I facilitated a training with the topic “The futility of Job Security” The question is, what is your own understanding and context of job security? Does anything like job security really exist?

Another crossroad many are at right now is, the crossroad of closing a current business that is ‘not working’ and venturing into another one. I meet clients daily and I get to Coach them into seeing their available options and making choices based on their unique situation. Even that in itself is not a funny place to be if you don’t deploy you Coaching skills well.

You must be very sure to begin with the end in mind and own the process while the Coachee takes full responsibility for actions and inactions. I had a client blaming me recently for not reminding and pushing her into remembrance of what she clearly knows is her responsibility. It’s part of  the things we experience at times.
