WELLDONE; BUSINESS OWNERS, ENTREPRENEURS, BUSINESS OPERATORS. Part 5of5
Trainers, Coaches, Consultants, are trying to stay afloat especially in this economy.
We suffer all manner of harassment from clients who want us to execute jobs for them.
Those with financial interest in the deal we have been given will get more financial benefits that we the owners of the jobs.
Alot is required statutorily as pre-qualification requirements to apply for a FG deal, States are abit better.
Now when you get such Government jobs, right from the Governors, to the Commissioners or Ministers to the PermSecs, Directors, they all have interest in that ₦20million contract paper you signed which if you don’t, you are blacklisted, because the agreement was a gentleman’s agreement and not documented.
Some Consultants practically pay money ahead to get jobs and I don’t know which MDA of Government, State or Federal that is exempted from this systemic corruption.
If you don’t even comply, another consultant is on standby to handle ASAP.
That is why some of my consultant colleagues will not do anything Government for whatever reason even when they have the best competence to handle it.
What do we do? Some give in, infact most give in and manage whatever comes finally.

At what point should we start a revolutionary solutions to the malady in the system?
We still handle smaller jobs to keep life going, because bills MUST be paid.
Alot offer prayers of forgiveness to God more than any other prayer because of the sins they are committing in Business.
