If you are in paid employment, you need to ask this question every day you wake up until you are able to answer it by the actions you take on a sustainable level.

Because there is a steady cash flow via monthly salaries, many people don’t give a deep thought that, the uninterrupted inflow of salary will stop one day and very soon for some one reading this now.

One thing I considered most important is A STEADY CASH FLOW to fund the lifestyle during retirement.

I am saying retirement here in the context of what many of us have come to accept as retirement being off a regular job after 35years of service or 60 years of age.

I mean a sustainable cash flow. That huge inflow of payment of entitlement is not cash flow, because it’s just one off and there are several instances where many have mismanaged it.

Plan your cash flow from a business, from an investment, from also learning a new skill that will pay you on a regular basis.

If salary is not enough, pension will definitely not be.

We need to begin to see retirement in a different light and be will to start preparing for it long enough because your organisation can’t prepare you enough for it.

Deep thought needs to be given to this.
