In fact, for me, I put control measures in place first before I trust.

You can’t possibly trust anyone, particularly in business, without some measure of control in place.

As a matter of fact, control put in place ensures that trust is maintained

In business, you build and empower people to be and do more.

The trust is for people, and the control is for people to be guided. This is simple but could be a formidable structure in place.
