In 2012, when I exited banking briefly before going back, I listened to people like:

▪︎Innocent Usar
▪︎Chinasa Okoro
….via the platform of Avenues to Wealth A2W meetings in Jos, and these meetings reawakened some things in me that have shown results until date. The seeds they sowed have are still bearing fruits.
It was in one of such meetings that the quote below was used.
“Even if you’re on the right track, you’ll get run over if you just sit there.” – Will Rogers
It emphasizes that progress requires continuous effort, and simply being on the correct path isn’t enough; you must actively move forward to achieve your goals or avoid being surpassed by those who have kept the search for doing better.
My Senior Brother Innocent Usar used the quote at another meeting again, and that made me go further to read about Will Rogers, a famous man who has added immense value to the ecosystem.
This is to encourage someone who might come across this, that you are on the right track isn’t enough, keep working and moving.
That business requires you to work for it to keep working.
Don’t sit in the limbo and allow the dice to roll, determine how the dice should be rolling, and yes, you can.
For your information, the track isn’t directly straight forward, there are bends, contours, hilly, and sloppy parts, all adding up to the journey of being valuable.
This is how most businesses are thriving and you want to just chicken out due to some challenges?
