WHO IS YOUR IDEAL AVATAR FOR A COACH?

We have spoken alot about Customer Avatar which most Businesses take as important to be able to know their ideal customer type for the type business.

A Customer Avatar is a detailed profile of your perfect potential customer. It focuses on a single, fictional person instead of categorizing people into generalized groups. Then anyone that fits into that Avatar is where you marketing effort should be focused on.

Who is your Coach Avatar?

As we move into 2024, who is that person that fits into the profile of a Coach you want?

Who is that person that checks all the boxes of what you are looking for in a Coach?

Mind you, not every Coach fits into your kind of business or profile. This does not make him/her a bad Coach.

You MUST carefully identify your Coach Avatar just the way you draw up your Customer Avatar.

This has become imperative because, you need to be sure based on verifiable evidences who you can submit to as a Coach.

As you embark on the Coaching journey, ensure you are checking that the relationship meets the objectives for which it was conceived to.

This week is Africa Coaching Week, and as the industry of Coaching in Nigeria is gaining traction, we must keep aligning ourselves to ensure the right Coach for businesses are in place.
