Yes, that is exactly what many of us need in our business and finance. But…..

Many are still being held back by past disappointments, failures, and setbacks.

In fact, some are still seriously traumatised by the past.

The big question is, how long will this continue?

As much as nobody should put a time frame to your recovery, the pain of what happened has gone, and you are simply suffering right now. We are all in recovery of one thing or the other.

Recover forward doesn’t mean you are denying what happened.

COLLABO STILL WORKS.

STRATEGIC COLLABO STILL WORKS.

I am a living product of that it is working.

The fact that previous collaborations failed doesn’t mean you should shut all doors going forward.

I have also had collaborations that didn’t work. As painful as they were, I didn’t say I would not collaborate anymore. I simply took the lessons and moved forward.

I currently collaborate productively with at least 4️⃣ different persons, and we are doing amazing well.

When you think you are bringing more to the table, talk about it. We may not bring the same energy and value to the table, but what value are we bringing, and how can it be measured?

Some people aren’t collaborating with you because they feel they can’t match your energy yet, if you can, let them know and appreciate what they bring and if it’s something you are willing to try why not.

Collaboration may not be energy for energy, but it should be value for value.
